Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mission Systems Program Manager for the E-7 Korea Compliance Upgrade Program (KCUP). This position will report to the Director of Mission Systems for the E-7 program. The KCUP Program Manager position will focus on KCUP execution through delivery to the ROKAF and will then transition to other E-7 campaigns which may include E-7 United Kingdom or E-7 Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This position within BDS Program Management will be located in in either Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Richardson, Texas or Tukwila, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan. Manages, develops and motivates employees.Provides executive and customer briefings/reviews on Mission Systems execution

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiativesTechnical project/program management experience5+ years of experience with the design of mission systems, sensors, or sensing systems

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives5+ years of experience managing risks, cost performance and schedule performance5+ years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)3+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)5+ years of experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projects

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Summary pay range:

Tukwila, WA: $135,150 – 182,850

Oklahoma City, OK: $118,150 – $159,850

Richardson, TX: $135.150 - $182,850
