In this role you will support and manage the execution of the CBTA Early Career Flight Training Program. The role will lead the deployment team as well as build a plan to deploy to regulators globally. The selected candidate will develop and maintain relationships with internal / external customers, stakeholders, and peers.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate, schedule, and deploy the CBTA program to flight schools globally both virtually and onsiteManage risks, issues, and opportunities for deployments and escalate to leadership in a timely mannerManage resource and capacity planningTrack program performance, metrics, and reporting to leadership Drive continuous improvement in processes and executionLead webinars on CBTA to flight schools in partnership with the marketing teamSupport portfolio manager in continuing to shape early career flight strategy with customer and industry inputBuild strong customer relationships and follow through on all commitmentsContinue to refine customer presentations to showcase the product value propositionLead regulatory strategy and manage execution in partnership with internal stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in supporting an integrated program team5+ years of experience in customer-facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers5+ years of experience presenting to executive leadership5+ years of experience working with regulatorsAbility to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience working with flight schools globallyPilot background Knowledge of flight schools regulationsFamiliar with CBTA
