Find your future with us.The Twin-Aisle Fleet Support Team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking to expand and is seeking a highly motivated Associate or Mid-Level Product Technical Integrator to join our team in Everett, WA. The team is comprised of process management specialists within the Engineering Operations Organization. The primary tasking is conducting Safety Review Boards and Fleet Support Review Boards and providing direct support to the CPE in the monitoring and tracking to completion of safety and fleet-support issues.
In this role, the candidate will gain technical experience with engineering and the rest of the value stream across the entire airplane and have many opportunities to expand their network. The candidate will also develop strategic thinking, leadership and project management skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse functions as well as executive leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Risk / Issue managementDefine, document and interpret product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processesDevelop, document and implement plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and maintain configuration controlTrack and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirementsSupport audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirementsAssist with development certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Associates degree or higher1+ years’ related work experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable communicating across all levels of the businessProficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ year’ related work experienceBroad understanding of the BCA Engineering function and overall 787 value streamStrong background in project managementExperience hosting meetings both in-person and virtually

Summary pay range Associate: $68,000- $92,000
Summary pay range Mid-Level: $85,000 - $115,000
