Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is currently looking for a Product Support Readiness Specialist who will support the Digital Support Operations Center (DSOC) for ensuring product support readiness in Englewood CO or Seattle, WA. The Product Support Readiness Specialist should take an active role as both an advocate and ambassador for the DSOC Support Agents to ensure they are ready to support new products and releases, along with identify areas to continuously improve our products to reduce Support issues. They must build and maintain close relationships with multiple product teams, including: Maintenance & MRO, MyBoeingFleet and Access Administration and monitor support operations to establish and drive the strategy for continuous improvement with various product teams and their leadership.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Englewood CO or Seattle, WA . This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Typical Education &Experience:

Level 3

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc. preferred but not required.

Level 4

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.). preferred but not required.

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 3-$93500-$126,500.00

Level 4-$118,150.00-$159,850.00
