Boeing Global Services is looking for a Digital Services – Flight Performance Application Product Manager in Seattle, WA. or Englewood, CO. (hybrid). This leader will join the Digital Services team within the Cabin, Modification, and Maintenance organization in BGS. The Digital Services team provides software solutions to support airline technical organization, efficient and sustainable flight solutions.

This is a senior manager overseeing Flight Performance Application Product Management. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Oversight includes program management best practices, profit and loss, performance to plan and on time delivery. Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to employees to ensure common direction. Relationship oversight with cross functional stakeholders: customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing Product Management activities.Plans, integrates and leads profit and loss stand-alone program or major business/program elements.Implements Program Management Best Practices to ensure performance to plan.Provides technical, cost and schedule performance oversight for the program.Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction.Develops and implements plans to communicate status, performance, issues and actions. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher3+ years of experience working with internal and external customers5+ years of experience with schedule and process management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met 1+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)3+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives1+ years of experience collaborating with sales, marketing, supply chain, contracts and/or operations (Engineering, Production, Maintenance, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: 157,250 – 212,750
