The 767 Program Supply Chain Team is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to join our organization! This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory alongside the 767 Airplane Program. This role will bring candidates into the complex and challenging world of demand management, program integration and supply chain analysis. Responsibilities will include managing a high performing team responsible for demand management, inventory management and value stream integration.
Ideal candidates will excel in building and leading high performing teams, partnering cross functionally to solve complex supply chain issues, and strategic decision-making to support supply chain and production goals.  
Our teams are currently hiring a (Level K) Procurement Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and small business subcontracting.Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product) 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products
