The Boeing Company is currently looking for Experienced or Senior Procurement Financial Analysts (PFA) (Level 3 or 4) to join the team in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

Researches, collects, synthesizes, and analyzes data from appropriate sources to estimate cost of parts, systems and services to obtain best market valueDevelops financial models and other analytical tools to drive recommendations for the procurement of goods and servicesAnalyzes contract terms to ensure comprehensive understanding of financial and non-financial implications. Supports contract price negotiations to achieve most favorable outcomeUnderstands and utilizes economic, financial, and operational data to accurately diagnose key issues, develop strategic alternatives, and drive cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholder alignmentClearly conveys financial analysis, strategies, and business recommendations to guide executive leadership decision making on key choicesConducts financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systemsPrepares the Priced Bill of MaterialPerforms and compiles appropriate risk and opportunity analysis. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field3+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings or doing business case analysis (i.e. ROI, Cost/Benefit)3+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level managementExperience in a role that required building cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business resultsExperience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field5+ years in a role that required building cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business resultsExperience working in a manufacturing environmentWillingness to learn complex systems and take constructive feedback from othersAbility to utilize large amounts of data with accuracy in order to drive strategic decisions/recommendationsExperience with analytics and data visualizationComprehension of supply chain operations from raw material to end product

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Senior, Level 3): $90,100 - $121,900

Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4): $113,900 - $154,100
