Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Procurement Analyst to join our Supply Chain Propulsion team in Everett, Washington.

The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work consists of a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to; management of supplier quality, on time completion and delivery of engineering product data, data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical action items, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Position responsibilities:

Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources

Prepares reports

Reviews procurement/planning systems

Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities

Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements

Communicates project objectives and activities

Basic Qualifications (required skills/experience):

1+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

Experience working in SAP or another ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system

Must be able to travel domestically as needed, up to 5%

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

1+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

1+ years of experience managing supplier’s accountability and quality commitments to on time delivery

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $80,170 - $101,200 USD
