Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Procurement/Factory Integrator to join our 767 team in Everett, WA.

Exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team, working inside the factory integrating directly with operations, coordinating with Supplier Management and direct supplier engagement. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication.

The 767 Program Supply Chain team's ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and suppliers. They will excel in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making to support supply chain and production goals. The candidate will ideally have expertise in process management and measurement, deep knowledge of the production process, procurement process and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Our team is currently hiring for Senior (Level 4) or Lead (Level 5) Senior Procurement/Factory Integrator.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.Leads cross-functional process management activities.Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

7+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment7+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes5+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects5+ years of experience with data analysis3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Level 5: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills5+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Summary pay range (Level 4): $125,100 - $145,275

Summary pay range (Level 5): $156,600 - $181,850
