The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving improvements within our programs, ensuring teams are prepared for continuous enhancement towards zero injuries, zero defects, and zero FOD. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving performance improvements within our Supply Chain, working towards eliminating shortages to the Boeing Fabrication production system, and make a positive contribution to the Boeing production system from Fabrication to the end customer. You will lead change, inspire others, and make a positive impact on the suppliers and Supply Chain Teams that provide a wide variety parts and assemblies to our global Fabrication Divisions.

Within the Fabrication Value Stream Team, you will have the opportunity to learn aspects of aerospace manufacturing, gain knowledge of roles Boeing Fabrication plays in the Enterprise Production System, and work with a diverse set of supply chain teams. Position Responsibilities:
Lead the Management Information System for the Fabrication Value Stream Integration Team
Implement strategy for new processes and tool related to planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs
Develop and implement plans to support customer, program, and commodity strategies
Analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
Mentor and develop employees in Supply Chain processes and acumen
Develop a forward-looking analysis process to predictively identify risk related to Rate readiness & Work movement and disseminate to impacted stakeholders
Integrate with impacted stakeholders and elevate issues to leadership for resolution
Support supplier recovery actions and complete shortage reduction strategies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
7+ years of experience with analytics and/or project management processes
7+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams
7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Willing to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of work experience working with Supplier Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Operations or Supplier Quality
5+ years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
5+ years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership
3+ years of experience with procurement systems (ERPLN and PAVE) and program systems (CMES, SAT, MPR, etc.), with capability to query system data tables (Datamart)
3+ years of experience in Excel and can perform comprehensive data analysis from raw data, and has ability to translate data analysis into an executive format that is easily understood by various stakeholders
1+ years of experience working supplier recovery with multi-functional teams
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
