Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 3:

Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projectsDevelops processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsExtracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-planDevelops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goalsSupports the development and implementation of strategiesIdentifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flowsDistributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholdersDevelops risk mitigation plan

Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 4:

Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsDevelops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreementsAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicatorsCommunicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activitiesLeads cross-functional process management activitiesLeads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective actionLead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Advanced Microsoft Office skillsExtensive data manipulation and analysis experienceA demonstrated ability to create executive level presentationsMore than 5 years of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSenior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 5% of the time.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3: $94,350 - $116,550

Summary pay range for Senior Level 4: $118,150 - $145,950
