The Procurement Analyst’s statement of work includes a variety of Supply Chain functions, including, but not limited to data analysis management and reporting, driving and ensuring completion of critical team action items, oversight and facilitation of team meetings, collaboration and coordination with internal team and other stakeholders throughout Supply Chain and beyond, development of tools to improve team productivity, support of the leadership team and additional duties as assigned. Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organizational initiatives and projects/procurement activitiesAssists with the maintenance of processes and systemsUtilizes procurement systems to facilitate planning, and oversee validation and maintenance of all requirements for procurement analysisSupports the coordination and tracking of action items and metricsMeasures key performance indicators. Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources. Prepares reportsReviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activitiesCoordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporationDocuments and participates in the implementation of lean improvementsCommunicates project objectives and activitiesEnsures that In-Service supply chain is positioned to support aftermarket demandsIdentifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flowsSupports strategy definition and execution for our organizationUses respectful, collaborative communication skills and experience working across multi-disciplined teamsConsistently adapts to changing tasks and requirements, preserving operational effectiveness and resilienceThis position requires the proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment, to develop strong relationships across teams, and ensures overall success of business objectivesLive the Boeing Values and BehaviorsDo Cool Things and Shape the Future of our Supply Chain Team!
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processesDemonstrated experience with developing executive briefingsExperience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work Having managed projects utilizing standard project management tools
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higherExperience in resolving high-level problemsSupply chain experience in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environmentExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Summary Pay Range (Level 2): $74,800 - $101,200
Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650
Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $118,150 - $159,850
