Find your future with us.The Global Parts Solutions Spares Team is seeking an Associate or ExperiencedProcurement Analyst to support the Spares Team for Boeing Global Services Supplier Management in Seattle, Washington.
The Spares team request proposals based on a set of requirements, solicits the supply base for compliant and competitive proposals, negotiate costs and ensure on time delivery of Machined Parts. This role will focus on delivery and managing Purchases Order with ensuring our Suppliers have the support they need from Boeing. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
Position Responsibilities:
Possess strong business acumen, communication and problem-solving skillsProactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is requiredAssist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supplyGather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunitiesCollaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer requirementsDocument and resolve order delinquenciesReport schedule adherence issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ year of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Applications1+ year of experience with System Applications and Processing (SAP)1+ year of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesAble to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred3+ years of experience in on time delivery and managing Purchases Order3+ years of experience in procurement3+ years of experience in Advanced Excel3+ years of experience using SAP software

Summary pay range:
Associate Level (HAABI2): $64,600 - $87,400
Experienced Level (HAABI3): $79,900 - $108,100
