Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent - Contracts(Level 3) to join our Boeing Aggregated Standards Network (BASN) Aggregation team in the Aircraft Materials & Structures (AM&S) Supply Chain organization in Everett, WA.
In this role you will be responsible for providing oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain organization is efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Acts as the sole custodian of the BASN contracts working independently.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements for the BASN Program.
Leads the enforcement of contractual terms.
Consults/advises others on terms of the BASN contract.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
3+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
3+ years developing and managing supplier relationships.
3+ years of experience conducting data analysis in Excel, creating executive briefings in PowerPoint and delivering Presentations to Executive leadership teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Domestic and international travel as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
3+ years of experience monitoring and managing supplier performance and cost.
3+ years of experience working cross functionally with other departments, organizations or skills.
3+ years of proven customer service abilities.
3+ years of experience in communicating to broad audience.
