Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent to join our Supply Chain (SC) Propulsion Systems and Structures team in Everett, Washington.
As a key member of the SC Propulsion team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of a critical development program working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, solving complex problems.
You will be interfacing with Program Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and many other stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills to ensure schedule deliverables are met and areas of risk are exposed and mitigated, enabling the organization to support our BCA airplane program deliveries. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain data analysis, scenario planning and support to mid-level and senior level Management.
Our teams are currently hiring for Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the supplier development and certification of BCA propulsion parts.Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and performance.Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.Engage and deploy areas of opportunities to project improvements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, negotiations, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering3+ years of experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointMust be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (Up to 10-20% may be required)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Level 4: 7+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, negotiations, industrial engineering or manufacturing engineeringBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field3+ years of experience in supplier development and/or certification3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes3+ years of experience in Manufacturing
