Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent-Contracts to join our BCA Supply Chain Systems Contracts team in Everett, WA.
The Contracts Procurement Agent plays a pivotal role in managing, integrating, and improving Boeing's supply chain. As a Contracts Procurement Agent, your responsibilities will focus on contracting strategy, contract negotiation and supplier selection.
This role requires contracting knowledge, negotiating, and carrying out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Our team is currently hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent.
Position Responsibilities:
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.Conducts risk assessment, identification of issues and opportunities management.Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.Partnering with Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programsThe candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem solving skillsProactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
3+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectivesDomestic and international travel as needed3+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)3+ years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions3+ years of experience working in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance, compliance, contracts)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual agreements5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners5+ years of experience working in a supply chain role which required you to perform supply chain activities in a formal or informal supply chain environment5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Summary pay range (Level 2): $ 76,500 - $ 88,850
Summary pay range (Level 3): $ 96,300 - $111,850
