Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Procurement Agents (Level 3) to join the Systems Operations (Honeywell) team in Everett, Washington.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, managing delivery of parts and working directly with suppliers to support need of programs. Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and validate reports on data to measure affordability performance-to-plan indicators and present to stakeholders (Program, Finance, SCO leadership).Analyze and track supplier capacity and metrics at the industry level to provide strategic input on risks.Ensure successful integration and support of Supplier Management and Program Initiatives.Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and peers, including the ability to gain rapport and engage with internal and external executives.Develop and implement strategies related to Supply Chain.Document and participate in implementation of lean improvements.Identify risks and lead cross functional teams to develop and manage mitigation strategies to support successful execution of Program Initiatives.Provide oversight and guidance to key stakeholders, internal and external, for managing product changes.Review procurement/planning systems to verify accuracy.Support supplier in service performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and supervise supplier performance and works with supplier on corrective action plans where needed.Manage supplier readiness for entry into service.Initiate and implement supplier recovery and improvement activities.Contribute to the improvement of existing processes, including the deployment of strategic supplier management and procurement strategies.
This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (Less than 10% may be required).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher3+ years of experience with Project Management3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans.3+ years of experience working in Procurement
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
