Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our BCA Supply Chain Systems Contracts team in Everett, WA.
The Procurement Agent will provide contracting knowledge, negotiate and carry out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Our team is hiring for Senior and/or Lead (Level 4 or 5) Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts 5+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW) 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations5+ years of experience with contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department10+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (remove if not a multi-level req)5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint5+ years of experience developing and executing supply chain strategies

Summary pay range (Level 4): $108,000 - $125,400
Summary pay range (Level 5): $138,000 - $154,700
