Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agent - Contracts(Level 4) to join our Wire Bundle Contracts team in the Standards Supply Chain organization in Everett, WA.
In this role you will be responsible for providing oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain organization is efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes10+ years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review, preliminary design review, critical design review, parts procurement, installation, testing, and delivery10+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectivesDomestic and international travel as neededExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree10+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes10+ years mentoring/coaching employees on supply chain processes and applicability for problem solving10+ years of experience with excellent communication and presentation skills10+ years of experience working cross functionally with other departments, organizations or skills.10+ years of proven customer service abilities.10+ years of experience in communicating to broad audience
