Boeing’s Indirect Supply Chain organization is seeking a Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join our Construction, Facilities Services & Environmental Contracting team to execute and manage contracts in the Remediation & Environmental category. You may work out of the following locations:Mesa, AZ, North Charleston, SC, Seattle, WA, Auburn, WA, Tukwila, WA, Renton, WA, or Plano, TX.

We are looking for an experienced procurement agent to support multiple commodities with in the category. This role will lead and manage projects/initiatives in remediation and environment, health & safety (EHS) related contracts.

You will work on a variety of contracts to include cost reimbursable as well as time and materials. Understanding building operations and environmental impacts will strengthen your immediate impact and success within the role.

Position Responsibilities:

Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

3+ years of experience with various contract types (e.g., time & materials, firm fixed price, cost plus, etc.)

3+ years of experience with contracting & sourcing

3+ years of experience with Ariba

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in environmental, remediation, and/or construction procurement

Stakeholder leadership skills; ability to influence and inspire cross functional teams to pursue continuous improvement

Coaching & mentoring skills to further develop contracting and negotiation competencies

Effective analytical and problem solving skills

5+ years of experience with MS PowerPoint, Teams and Excel for data analysis, presentations, and communication

5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

Summary pay range: $95,200 – $138,000
