Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has exciting opportunities for Associate (Level 2) and/or a Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agents to join our United States Air Force (USAF) E7 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Program.
Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:
Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or BuyerExperience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processesExperience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience working directly with suppliers or supplier managementExperience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and servicesExperience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)Experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) thresholdExperience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditionsExperience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performanceExperience working across multiple programs and locationsExperience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirementsMore than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $73,950 - $79,800
Level 3: $93,500 - $98,700
