The Boeing Company is currently seeking Experienced Payroll Analyst - Aurora Flight Sciences to lead end-to-end payroll for Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company. Work locations include Renton, WA; Hazelwood, MO; and Manassas, VA.

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role will collaborate closely with Human Resources and other departments to ensure smooth operations and positive employee experience.

Position Responsibilities:

Processing payroll on a regular basis (e.g., bi-weekly)

Calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll elements

Maintaining and updating employee payroll information in the system

Providing training and support to employees on proper time entry procedures and monitoring for timely and accurate timekeeping

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

Preparing and submitting payroll tax filings and reports

Handling and resolving employee inquiries and discrepancies related to payroll

Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation

Generating and distributing payroll reports to management and other stakeholders

Staying updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration

Demonstrated proficiency in payroll software ADP and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Proven understanding of payroll principles, tax laws, and employment regulations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information and address employee concerns professionally

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Reporting system

Summary Pay Range: $74,800 - $108,100
