Boeing Global Services P-8A Sustainment team is seeking a Mid-level Support Integration Specialist in Tukwila, WA. This exciting role will develop and implement the procurement strategy for the P-8A Increment 3 Block 2 (I3B2) modification program. The I3B2 modification program has multiple concurrent procurement activities which the selected candidate will be responsible for integrating. This individual will work closely with the supply chain and program management teams to create an effective long-term strategy for modification kit procurement for domestic and international P-8A customers.

The position places a heavy emphasis on creative problem-solving, strong project management, data analysis, and frequent interactions with internal stakeholders and technical subject matter experts to create a premier aircraft modification program with the goal of delivering superior capability to our customers. The cross-functional nature of this position requires strong written and oral communication. Enthusiasm, a strong collaborative drive, working knowledge of program management principles, understanding of supply chain processes and tools, cross-functional collaboration, and independent decision-making skills are highly desired. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and varying levels of leadership through both written and verbal forms.

The P-8A is a 737 commercial derivative platform. Prior supply chain experience for P-8A or other commercial derivative aircraft is preferred. The successful candidate will have strong supply chain background and will be well postured to work with a diverse set of P-8A BGS sustainment integrators, BGS Program Management, and BDS Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to team effectively with other business partners as part of a geographically-dispersed team.

The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at the Tukwila, WA location.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops overall procurement plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the key stakeholders in accordance the Boeing Program Management Best Practices and/or with accepted industry project management standards (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards).Knowledgeable of how the business and organization operates; knowledgeable of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business and organization; understands the competition and the marketplace.Performs analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing/estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)Identifies and implements performance metricsDefines plans for risk mitigation and opportunitiesCompares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learnedDevelops and maintains positive working relationships with external customers, internal cross-functional stakeholders, organizational leadership, and peersProvides program-level problem solving and support for P-8A I3B2 related issuesCommunicates with internal Boeing stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective P-8A I3B2 program execution with a focus on resolution of technical, schedule, and budget challenges.Provides cross-functional integration across all teams (internal and external) to ensure high quality, on-time, on-schedule, program execution.Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2+ years’ experience Boeing supply chain processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

4+ years’ experience Boeing supply chain processes and tools1+ years’ experience with 737 military commercial derivative aircraft development, production, training, or supportExperience working with multiple customers and stakeholders in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Experience in supplier management/procurementExperience working with a variety of contract types under DoD prime contractsExperience in Change/Configuration Management

Typical Education/ Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Level 3, Mid-Level) 93,500 – 126,500

Summary pay range (Level 4, Senior Level): 115,600 – 156,400
