Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Liaison team based in Renton, Washington.
Regulatory and Quality Systems Oversight (RQSO), (FAA) Liaison Renton Organization has two positions supporting regulatory and compliance activities. The selected candidates will act as focals who communicates with Programs/Business Units and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on various complex Quality Management System related topics and issues.

Position Responsibilities:
Works as Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Liaison.Develops and coordinates formal compliance responses with Programs/Business Units.Interprets and organizes complex information from multiple sources and develop a written response that stays in sync with formatting requirements and is professional and understandable.Leads stakeholders through analysis of data and processes necessary to perform a robust Root Cause Corrective Action.Periodically, perform Corrective Action Verification and Sustain the Gains Verifications.Supports FAA Principal Inspector Audits, both in-person and through the use of remote technology, which includes the tracking and resolution of any issues discovered during the audit and subsequent formal written correspondence.Authoring formal written correspondences for review and approval by Senior Leaders and the Legal Department and submission to the FAA.Responds to FAA Requests for Information.Monitors and analyzes data streams for potential compliance disclosures.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)5+ years of experience in applying verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in collecting, interpreting data, and leading high level projects for management3+ years of experience in the airline industry3+ years of Boeing Problem Solving Model3+ years of experience with QMS (Quality Management System)Demonstrated high level of dependability, interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, collaboration, and problem solvingCustomer focused ability to work independently or as part of a team

Summary pay range for Experienced: $86,700 - $117,300
Summary pay range for Senior: $107,100 - $144,900
