Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Analyst (Supply Chain Analyst Integrator) to join our dynamic KC-46 Tanker team in Everett, Washington.

This position will have the unique responsibility to work with a highly skilled group of supply chain professionals that are responsible for program contracting, strategy and development in the KC-46 programs. This position will report to the senior manager and support the KC-46 Supply Chain director, senior manager and first line leaders on the team.

Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 4:

Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicatorsDevelops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreementsAnalyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicatorsCommunicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activitiesLeads cross-functional process management activitiesLeads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective actionLead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 5:

All position responsibilities of a level 4 plus the following responsibilities:Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activitiesEstablishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design, planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programsReviews contractual documents and consults with stakeholdersOversees efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processesProvides guidance on export issues and material transfersLeads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis

Additional Responsibilities for both Levels:

• Coordinates the design, logistics, and facilitation of Supply Chain meetings/events; develops and consolidates executive-level briefings.

• Works with the leadership team of Supply Chain to define and execute team operating rhythm, and prepare for key meetings and visits with senior customers and stakeholders.

• Responsible for leading and coordinating staff actions with Senior Leadership

• Ensures objectives are met by scheduling, de-conflicting, and prioritizing key tasks and proactively communicating leadership direction, guidance, and expectations for internal and external audiences

• Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational focus and priorities, identifies and recommends optimization opportunities, and assists in their implementation

• Monitors and tracks project execution of related plans and communicates status

• Forges relationships with counterparts across BDS and other Boeing Business Units to remove obstacles and solve problems

• Sound judgment and decision-making ability

• Travel, on an as-needed basis, in support of, or with leadership or team

• Completing special projects and ad hoc tasks, as assigned

• Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesMore than 3 years of experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functionsMore than 5 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherExperienced Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSenior Level 5: More than 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)More than 3 years of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)More than 3 years of experience building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced Level 4: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior Level 5: Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 4: $100,300 - $123,900

Summary pay range for Senior Level 5: $127,500 - $157,500
