Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts(Level 3 & 4) to join the team in Everett, Washington.

A successful Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) will have experience in manufacturing, working cross-functionally, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

A successful Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) will have the experience relevant to a Level 3, as well as, familiarity or experience with data analysis, experience with project management, and the drive a project through completion. The ideal candidate for a Level 4 will have experience in final assembly manufacturing.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience)

3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

Experience in Boeing Problem Solving Model.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years’ experience with Lean Manufacturing.

Experience in Data Analysis.

Experience with project management.

Experience in final assembly manufacturing, ideally 777 Final Assembly Business Unit (FAMBU).

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Experienced (Level 3) Summary pay range: $90,000 – $110,000

Senior (Level 4) Summary pay range: $106,200 - $129,800
