Find your future with us.Boeing is currently seeking an Operations Analysis Manager to provide leadership to a team supporting programs primarily within the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers and Phantom Works divisions of Boeing Defense, Space & Security. The selected candidate will lead a team of Operations Analysts located in Tukwila, WA.
As an Operations Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of combat analysis in support of activities performed across Boeing’s military portfolio.
Position Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling, execution and support of modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts, to include release of deliverables on contractual programs.
Directly interact with other skill managers while planning, executing, and delivering the results of analyses performed in support of both development and production programs.
Coordinate Operations Analysis support with other Operations Analysis managers to satisfy Program needs for Operations Analysis skills.
Responsible for external communications with various military customer communities.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Responsible for the management, development, and growth of employees within the team.
Ensure the quality of analysis performed by providing required training, tools, oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
This position requires an active Top Secret (or higher) U.S. security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Math, or Science discipline
Experience with translating customer questions and problem statements into executable analysis plans
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience leading technical projects and teams in Operations Analysis
Experience with the systems and tools used for Operations Analysis
Familiarity with both security program structures and organizational needs to meet customer (both internal and external to Boeing) requirements.
Experience with the analysis and design of advanced concepts

Typical summary pay range: $166,600- $225,400
