The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Delivery Lead to join the Technology Governance & Optimization (TG&O) team in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; Auburn, WA; Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; El Segundo, CA; Englewood, CO; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; Houston, TX; Huntington Beach, CA; Huntsville, AL; Kent, WA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; Portland, OR; Renton, WA; Ridley Park, PA; Saint Charles, MO; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Titusville, FL; or Tukwila, WA.

The OT Deliver Lead will oversee the successful implementation and management of OT projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational technology, project management, and team leadership. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our OT initiatives align with business objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology (IT), engineering, and operations, to define project requirements and objectives

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication and resolution of issues

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development

Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operational technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5+ years of experience in operational technology project management

5+ years of experience in OT systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, IoT) and cybersecurity principles

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously

3+ years of experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Current project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL)

Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Experience communicating and negotiating with stakeholders both internal and external

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $108.800 – $170,200
