Find your future with us.Boeing Digital Services team is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide office administrative support to the Director Digital Services and the leadership team. This position will be based in Seattle, WA. onsite.
You will be responsible for proactively coordinating schedules, review incoming and outgoing communication, and assist with additional in person responsibilities surrounding setting up a wide variety of meetings and preparing reports and data to aid the Director Digital Services and their team.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages executive calendar and schedulePlans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external eventsTracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesCoordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logisticsGenerates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cardsCollects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signatureCreates, edits and maintains electronic and written communicationTracks and maintains information relative to department and business operationsVerbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiencesProcesses incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of informationOrders and maintains office suppliesProvides guidance for less experienced employees. Works under limited supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Effective time management, communication, and organizational skillsExperience and/or the ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential informationProficient with MS officeExperience reviewing data sets and preparing reports, presentations, and flow charts for senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a start up or stand up of business; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 
Summary Pay Range: 60,350 – 81,650
