Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-level Staff Analyst (level 3)to join the 767/777/737NL Fulfillment Organization team inEverett, Washington.

This exciting position will support the 767/777/737NL Fulfillment Organization. This is a key role in providing communication, tracking, organization, and consistent execution and integration across the organization. Our team provides support across the Everett Site, and this is a great opportunity for an energetic staff analyst to shape and influence how the organization is run on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials.

Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Develops and deploys localized training content.

Support process improvement projects in alignment with One BPS.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.

1+ years of experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.

Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Familiar with Boeing One BPS and Boeing processes and procedures.

Experience with Supply Chain or Fulfillment organizational processes.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
