Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Shipside Operations Specialist (2nd Shift) to support the Line Side Control Center (LSCC) Team based out of Everett, Washington.

Daily activities require use of technical knowledge, process flow understanding, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.

The selected candidate must be able to work the 2nd shift and be on-boarded on the 1st shift.

Position Responsibilities:

Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.Analyzes and interprets data.Provides feedback on assessment results.Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Willingness and ability to work any shift.3+ years’ experience in Systematic Problem Solving.3+ years’ experience working in operations analysis or operations research.3+ years’ experience with root cause corrective analysis.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.3+ years’ experience implementing Lean methodologies and productivity improvements.Experience with CMES, reading drawings (REDARS), Shipside Action Tracker (SAT), SOS Level Load and Interior Responsibility Center Manufacturing.Excellent team player that’s able to work in a collaborative environment.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
