BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-LevelShipside Operations Specialist (2nd Shift) to support the 737 Delivery Operations organizationbased out of Seattle, Renton or Tukwila, Washington.

This position is for 737 Delivery Operations, one at the Seattle Delivery Center and one at Renton Preflight. We work at an active flight line. This is a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and situational awareness are a must. The selected candidate must have a Safety & Quality first mindset. Seeking strong project leadership, attention to detail, and communication/collaboration skills. Must be advanced in Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint). This role is 100% on-site. This role works with cross-functional teams & partners with operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues. Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues. Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items. Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates. Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.3+ years of of experience working in operations analysis or operations research.3+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis.Analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).1+ year of operations experience.3+ years’ experience in the aerospace industry.Experience working with customers.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
