Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington.

Position Responsibilities – Associate Level 2:

Measures key performance indicators.Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.Prepares reports.Reviews procurement/planning systems.Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.Communicates project objectives and activities.

Position Responsibilities - Mid-Level 3:

Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.Supports the development and implementation of strategies.Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.Develops risk mitigation plan.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processesMore than 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)More than 1 year of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.Associate Level 2: More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Mid-Level 3: More than 3 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.More than 1 year of experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customersExperience working with procurement contracting

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Mid-Level 3: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate Level 2: $63,750 - $78,750

Summary pay range for Mid-Level 3: $76,500 - $94,500
