Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join our Fabrication Value Stream Integration team in Auburn, Washington.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving performance improvements within our Supply Chain, working towards eliminating shortages to the Boeing Fabrication production system, and make a positive contribution to the Boeing production system from Fabrication to the end customer. You will lead change, inspire others, and make a positive impact on the suppliers and Supply Chain Teams that provide a wide variety parts and assemblies to our global Fabrication Divisions. Position Responsibilities:

Analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.Communicate critical initiatives, projects or procurement activities.Develop and implement plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.Lead cross-functional process management activities.Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.Analyze supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into strategies supporting BCA Fabrication.Act as primary point of contact between External Supply Chain and BCA Fabrication Business Units.Integrate with Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units and Supply Chain Core to address any help needed.Metric/data tracking – daily external shortage summary.Support supplier recovery actions and complete shortage reduction strategies.Prepare executive presentations.Support and or lead rate readiness actions.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management1+ years of experience with analytics and/or project management processes1+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordMust be willing to Travel Domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively and communicating with internal and external partners1+ years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership1+ years of experience in a role that requires project management skills1+ years of experience working supplier recovery with multi-functional teams

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $86,000 - $96,000
