Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Procurement Agent to join our team located in Everett, WA

This position will support the contracting team on the KC-46 Program team in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategiesNegotiates pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreementsConducts risk, issues and opportunities management.Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performanceInitiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategiesInterprets and enforces contract terms and conditionsWorks with internal and external customers to formalize procurement requirementsEnsures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsCommunicates across functions and programs to effectively manage risks, issues and opportunities

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 3 year of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management.More than 3 year of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.More than 3 year of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher.More than 3 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)More than 3 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or BuyerMore than 3 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: USD 79,900 – 98,700
