Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join the Primary Structures Supply Chain Contracts & Sourcing team in Everett, Washington!
The Procurement Agent will provide contracting knowledge, negotiate, and carry out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes, and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and implements negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Conducts risk, issues, and opportunities management.
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Initiates and completes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience as a proven leader with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher or commensurate experience
3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and performing complex contracts and subcontracts
3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts
3+ years of experience in a role that required strong written and oral communication skills
5+ years of experience working within the procurement process lifecycle
Typical Education/ Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
