Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring a Mid-Level or Senior Lean Practitioner to support process improvement for the 737 Fulfillment Team based in Renton, Washington.
The Lean Practitioner’s objective is to improve the business and deliver products more effectively through the implementation of lean and continuous improvement principles. An effective hire in this role will maintain focus on supporting priority programs and projects to bring stability and improvement to our business.
Position Responsibilities:
Instructs others in applying continuous improvement tools and principles.
Leads and facilitates 'Lean Tool Certified' process improvement efforts.
Guides and manages critical projects.
Assists in formatting updated training materials.
Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application.
Participates in strategy development.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of experience guiding decision making in a cross-functional team environment.
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience.
10+ years of experience leading teams through implementing process improvements and standardized processes.
10+ years of experience driving organizational change through simplification of processes and frameworks.
10+ years of experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate with and influence people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams.
Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other lean tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with minimum direction and ambiguity, demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level: Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior: Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level Summary Pay Range: $94,500 - $115,500
Senior Summary Pay Range: $113,400 - $138,600
