Find your future with us.The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is currently seeking a Mid-Level Executive Support End User Specialist to join the Infrastructure & Operations, End User Support team in Seattle, WA.
As an End User Specialist for Executive Services, you will have excellent people, communication, technical and organizational skills, with a successful track record of accountability for end-to-end service delivery of Boeing enterprise product tools and capabilities and have a passion to provide excellent customer service and end user experience.
The Executive Services team delivers consultative services, technical assistance and professional support to Boeing executives and their support staff. They provide end-to-end support for a variety of technology needs for on-site and off-site, high-visibility events, as well as support for executive-user computing and mobile devices. The selected candidate will also be assigned and responsible for a set of company executives and their staff support (Executive Office Administrators) to identify and define customer needs, understand the solution context, and provide best in class/white glove service to your customer set.
Position Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and resolve complex computing delivery systems and network problems
Train users in the use of equipment or software, provide technical assistance and support
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades
Set up/install, and configure company mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
Perform a multidiscipline range of technical systems and application activities.
Install, configure and maintain multiplatform systems hardware, software and components
Develop, design, integrate and maintains computer applications
Prepare release planning for software and hardware across the system
Ensure system conforms with architectural objectives
Evaluates complex system's production readiness and supportability
Perform the restoration of routine to complex computing service operations
Integrate security solutions into information systems
Escalate problems as appropriate
Assist with conference room meeting set up as required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ years of experience in software development or an advanced technical support role
3+ years of experience with direct, face-to-face interactions with customers
3+ years of experience performing software integration with hardware, firmware, and other software, including coordination with interfacing technical teams
3+ years of experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues
1+ years of experience administering user system access and establishing safeguards to protect information to meet network security requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience communicating with all levels from individual contributors to executives

Summary pay range: $83,300 – $112,700
