This role will support the 737 Northline. The selected candidate will temporarily work in Renton, WA. upon their hire in 2024 and throughout 2025, and then transition to the Everett site.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team for the second shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operations during the second shift, ensuring that our high standards of productivity and quality are upheld. Second shift hours are from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
This position will support the Renton site Operations Customers, work with various collaborator and partner organization Boeing Health Services, Workers Comp Administrator, Third Part Administrators, Accommodation Services, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
Position Responsibilities:
Works with management and employees to initiate and facilitate interactive discussions for medical restrictions and qualificationsIdentifies crucial job functions and reasonable accommodations, reassignment processes and potential outcomesWorks with third party administrators and Workers' Compensation Administrators to assist with detailed claims managementPerforms analysis to ensure consistent placement decisionsFacilitates employee's return to workDocuments, maintains and extracts employee case information and ensures data integrity and confidentialityProvides early intervention to injured or ill employees to prevent time loss from work
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher3+ years of experience in Worker’s Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Management, Reasonable Accommodation, Work related injuries or Return to Work ProgramsWillingness to work variable shifts and overtime as needed to support production
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with medical confidentialityExperience with the administration, including case management, of reasonable accommodation process and disability related (e.g. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)) laws, policies and regulatory requirementExperience with government laws and regulation
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
