The DIA team vision is to build out a Digital Workbench to encourage an automation-first mindset and deliver value faster by positioning teams for automation readiness. Our team is focused on providing automation services and a platform to assist teams across the enterprise with their digital transformation journey. As a Deputy Product Management Specialist, you will be working with a diverse team of software developers, architects, and business partners to execute our strategy and deliver solutions that will enable our customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists with the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy
Defines a product vision
Conducts market research to identify future needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Helps define and maintain business cases for new products, improvements, and capabilities
Helps define a product roadmap to prioritize product features and enhancements
Has a strong focus on design thinking and creating exceptional user experiences
Manages the lifecycle of our product suite from concept to retirement
Uses data and metrics to measure product performance
Helps manage resource allocation, scheduling, and funding for product roadmaps
Facilitates product launches: coordinates cross-functionally with appropriate stakeholders
Assists with Early Adopter Programs for new technology products
Drives adoption of our automation solutions to ensure customers are maximizing their Return on Investment
Conducts demos and provides customer support on how to use the product(s)
Answers incoming questions about products and capabilities
Collaborates with stakeholders and business partners to identify and articulate emerging opportunities and mature business cases
Ability to gain buy-in from appropriate stakeholders
Develops strategies for gathering customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Actively engages with teammates to promote a positive team culture
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Project Management and LEAN methodology
3+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals
3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules
3+ years of experience integrating cross functional teams
3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
Experience leading OKR or other organizational goal-setting & measuring process
Experience with Agile work-tracking tools such as JIRA and/or ADO
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with business cases, and/or customer engagement
Experience managing project intake, qualification, and valuation processes

Summary pay range: $113,050 – $152,950
