Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join the Propulsion team supporting the development, certification, and delivery of the 777-9 in Everett, WA.
This position will support high-level program and scenario planning, risk mitigation, and other activities related to System Safety Assessments, Development Assurance, Flight Test, Certification, and other critical-path statement of work.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is for an integrated scheduler supporting the 777-9 program Propulsion Team.
Partnering with management to level-load work assignments across the team.Supporting Propulsion commodities such as Engines, APU, TRAS.Producing and presenting program-level metrics.Manage program-level risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.Understand and elevate help needed for program- and commodity-level schedule health metrics.Lead efforts to communicate and execute on internal priorities and projects.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years Using Open Plan Professional (OPP) to create, modify, and maintain schedules.3+ years of experience in critical path methodology and interpret critical path analysis.3+ years Creating and presenting metrics to senior leaders/managers.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
