Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-LevelBusiness Operations Specialist (Level 3) to join the Customer Support Business Operations team based out of Everett, Washington.

This role includes, Airplane Development/Product Development (AD/PD) program support, AD/PD project management, performance to plan, process improvement, Building and Site Logistics, and Special Projects. The overall Business Operations role includes integrating across multiple functions and at times with the Enterprise. You will also lead project and portfolio management for AD/PD programs, as well as support special projects across the organization. Successful candidates are organized and self-motivated. Have a solid foundation in program & project management, strong communication skills, a system thinking mind set and are exceptional integrators.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation.

Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business case.

Supports the coordination of the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning, and refines the business case.

Meets with leadership to gain approval. Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.

Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

5+ years of experience developing executive level presentations, integrating technical & non-technical content, and utilizing appropriate technologies to facilitate integration/collaboration

5+ years of experience leading a cross-functional or cross-organizational team through a complex project or initiative that resulted in operational change

5+ years of experience developing program implementation/integration plans and schedules

5+ years of experience developing relationships and negotiating commitments with other functional organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher

PMP Certification

Experience working with Microsoft Office tools

Experience in a role that required communication, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills

Experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

Typical Education/Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
