Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking multiple highly-motivated and talented Methods Process Analysts(Associate, Mid-Level, or Experienced) to support our factory and field 2nd shift operations in either Renton, WA or Seattle, WA. Our Methods Process Analysts will focus on production stability, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness requirements, as well as improving quality through root cause analysis. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.
Position Overview:
The selected candidates will join the team as a key integrator for the Industrial Engineering function in supporting operations. The role includes facilitating production tiered meetings, responding to queries from multiple organizations, identifying gaps in processes and standardizing work across all production lines, flow days and shops. The position includes being proficient in current factory and field scenario planning, such as recovery plans, milestone status, and overtime requirements. The role also includes supporting special visibility requests and complete artifact updates as required. Lastly, the candidates will be liaisons between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift operations teams - capturing and completing Industrial Engineering actions and requests and tying in with 1st shift counterparts.

Position Responsibilities:
Conducts analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.
Contributes to the forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans under the guidance of an experienced analyst, assists in the development and maintenance of Business System factory definition to be used for manufacturing planning.
Participates in the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages under the guidance of experienced analysts. Helps monitor performance to established labor hour estimates.
Assists in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules by developing tool and position plan/documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, #1 flows, and tool sequencing plans.
Assists in the identification and implementation of improvements to processes by utilizing knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools used to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement initiatives.
Support efforts in the development of recovery plans including data gathering, visibility development, and monitoring status to plan, and analyzes changes to approved plans.
Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses basic integrated shop operating plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to reduce inventory and meet cost and schedule commitments.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math1 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 or more years of experience working in a team environment.1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles1 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership. Experience developing metrics to drive results and business improvements.Experience in Project Management Proficient in structured problem solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products Strong analytical skills.

Shift:
This position is for 2nd shift. Start times vary between 1:30PM and 3PM
