Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a talented leader and Marketing and Product Strategy Analyst (Level 3) to join our Commercial Aircraft Parts Business team. This role will perform critical data analysis, customer execution, and business strategy development for Commercial Parts programs. These positions are integral to the P&L management and LRBP growth of BGS Commercial Parts Business.

This individual will:

collect and analyze data-driven information to support business objectives, opportunities & risks, market trends, constraints and business goalsevaluate scenarios to shape airplane business strategies or forecastssupport internal communication of business needs to ensure alignment and shape market perception across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholdersidentify market and product selling trends to provide insight on the aviation aftermarket and productsmaintain and utilizes complex, broad analytical models to respond to business challenges and external opportunities.

This is an on-site position. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed locations: Seattle (WA) or Seal Beach (CA)

Position Responsibilities

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Strategy Implementation and Sales enablement

Leverage data analysis to develop strategic initiatives, drive competitive improvements, and improve business outcomes in the following areas:Customer segmentation & customer targetingRegional business growthForecasting enhancements across business-critical segmentseCommerce sales channel developmentOffer / Promotion developmentProduct Line enhancementCommunicate and align growth initiatives to sales channels. Provide commercial support & technical sales supportImplement strategy and align across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments, Fleet Service Teams, Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Engineering and Supplier Management organizations to strengthen Boeing’s product offerings

Cross Functional Collaboration

Builds trusting relationships and communicates business priorities across functional business partners and Supply Chain through Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadershipSupports the communication of data analyses and business insight to an Executive audienceImplements customer and program communication plans

Program Execution

Supports program work structures and top-level execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage monthly business results and evaluate root cause changesSupports the senior managers for the business segment by coordinating program execution and metricsLeads project initiatives to improve commercial part product & category performance (revenue, cost, convenience, delivery, quality)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

Experience interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to managementKnowledge of statistical analysis concepts such as normal distribution, standard deviations, mean, probability, and confidence levelsExperience implementing strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environmentExperience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

Experience in the commercial aviation industryExperience in marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chainAbility to perform advanced data analysis. Ability to assess requirements and select appropriate algorithms. Ability to create descriptive statistics and mathematical models to solve analysis problemsExperience spearheading customer / product segmentation and analyticsSQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience preferred

Summary pay range: $94,350.00-$127,650.00
