Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 4) to support the BCA Integrated Production Improvement Team onsite in Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customersConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of riskWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectivesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under minimal direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment3+ years of experience in performing data analysisProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years with conflict resolution skills3+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership3+ years of experience with Project Management3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS
