Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 4) to support the 777 Workforce Integration Team located in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Analyzes and interprets data

Provides feedback on assessment results

Be able to communicate effectively across all parts of the business and at multiple levels of management

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Works under general direction

Continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations

Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment

3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

3+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

2+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership

Strong data analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Coordinate resources to enhance operational efficiency

Shift:

This role is 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range: $126,000 - $154,000
