Find your future with us.BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to support the Field or J&I Skills as a Staffing Integrator team in Everett, Washington on 1st Shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly metric decksAnalyzes and interprets dataManages multiple projects working with cross functional teams & provides leadership updatesProvides feedback on assessment resultsWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under general directionSupport 3-4 second level managers and all their First Line LeadersRun second level meetings
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in Data Analysis10+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication10+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)10+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams10+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment10+ years of experience with the Boeing Production SystemExperience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
