BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Business Analyst (Level 3) to support the Skill teams within the Workforce Management Integration (WMI) Team onsite in Everett, Washington.

The Skill Team Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and implementing standard processes to ensure fairness and consistency throughout skill teams.

The WMI Team leads hourly and salary skill teams across BCA to provide comprehensive skills management oversight. Our mission is to create, lead, and oversee workforce development initiatives, manage the functional staffing plan, and drive commonality of processes, tools, and work statements across skill teams. The WMI Team also leads skill team meetings and associated activities to ensure alignment and consistency.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop and run weekly meetingsPartner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and initiativesDevelop, plan, and execute employee-related activities and initiativesEvaluate strategic organizational issues and provide implementation recommendationsContinuously assess meetings and review architectures for effectivenessPartner with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes across multiple teamsManage cross-functional projects and provide leadership updatesAnalyze and interpret data Utilize data from multiple sources to create charts and presentations for leadershipCoordinate interview logistics for multiple teams based on hiring needsMaintain and manage server and SharePoint sites across the organization

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Data Analysis3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams1+ years of experience with process analysis, process development, and process improvement1+ years of experience developing/maintaining resource management, risk management, and project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment1+ years of experience with the Boeing Production SystemExperience leading teams in a formal and/or informal roleBachelor degree and typically 6 or more years' related work experienceMasters degree and typically 4 years' related work experienceExperience in staffing, hiring, and workforce planning within a complex organizational environmentExperience coordinating interviews, promotions, and training initiativesExperience with SharePoint, Tableau, etc

Summary Pay Range: $103,000 - $108,000
