Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts to join the Build Integration team based out of Everett, WA.

The 777-9/-8F Build Integration team is seeking highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Analysts to join our team. This role will focus on integrating with the 777 program Manufacturing Business Units to ensure the successful completion of projects, identify and eliminate waste, and ensure successful flow of information affecting the airplane build. The ideal candidate will act as a leader for business continuity and a consultant to the teams they support, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The role involves presenting information to various groups, including senior and executive leadership, and requires a high level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and proactively to drive results.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Analyzes and interprets data

Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in manufacturing

3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in manufacturing processes, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions

Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Summary pay range: $109,000 - $130,000
