Boeing Commercial Airplane’s (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to join the 737 Delivery Operations Boeing Production System (BPS) team in Seattle or Renton, Washington.

As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

Position Responsibilities:

The BPS Manager will manage Staffing, Training, Compliance, and Lean/Employee Involvement and Line Side Control Center (LSCC)/Delivery Operations Control Center (DOCC) across the 737 Delivery Operations

The manager will manage employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Tukwila or Renton, WA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position

3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams

Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

1+ years of experience in or working with the Line Side Control Center (LSCC)

3+ years of experience with data analytics

2+ year of experience effectively communicating with employees, peers and senior leadership

3+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Summary pay range:

$126,000 - $154,000
